Cheeky lil peachy pic hehe ??‍♀️. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Spent the whole day filming videos for my next workout guide ?. Very different since it’s gonna be a video-only guide, which I’m so happy about. I really wanted to make something super personal, where you can see me explaining everything step-by step and actually getting to understand why the guide is structured in a certain way/why you’re doing things instead of just following instructions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wanted something a little different and of really high value – where you can finish the guide, and be super confident in making your own workouts after it. Rather than not actually teaching you anything!! Not sure when I’m releasing it, but hopefully within the next 4 weeks ??? – @belasfitguide

I used to try to fit in so bad when I was younger. Try to be really ripped/lean when that just isn’t my body type at all. I spent yeaaaaars trying to fit into what was considered “the best body” I have big quads naturally, I hold more fat naturally and find it super hard to get super lean and defined without veryyy intense dieting (not fun)… and that is TOTALLY fine! Everyone has such a different body type, shape and genetics! I’ve learnt to embrace what I’ve got and be the best version of myself, rather than chasing what physically just wasn’t possible and complicating my mental health in the process ??‍♀️. Basically, working hard and meeting goals isn’t a bad thing, as long as you’re not comparing yourself to other people and chasing unrealistic standards! ? Cute set is from my fave loungewear company ever ? @loungeunderwear
